Jacob Shino is a proud Arizona native for the entirety of his life. He was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona and spent his college years in Tucson, at the University of Arizona (Bear Down). Jacob’s career in real estate began at the peak of the market at the beginning of 2022 so he has experienced the highs and the lows of Arizona’s housing market.
